Snowy Pine + Girl = Snowy Boy

Look at this poor little pine Erik is resting under. It's young branches have been weighed down all week with heavy snow. I just wanted to give it some relief. Erik was dressed for the snow anyway, so I just gave it a shake! Ahh, we feel much better now!

Snow Kayaking

This was going to be a fun silly time- but the handle we hooked onto on the kayak broke! We decided it would be best not to brake the one on he other end, so this escapade was short lived. Oh well... what can we find to tow next??

Super Tubing

I had a great video, but it wouldn't load. These pictures show the crazy fun the boys had though!! The tubes are also an awesome tool for grooming the trail for the dog sled. Hopefully I'll get pictures of that fun too- if I don't drop the camera in the dog water again! It dried out fine but it took a while!

A Labor of Love- Homemade Dog Toys

It is just too expensive to buy 11 dogs squeaky toys that they murder in under 5 minutes! So I decided to buy the squeakers and fabric and make my sweet deserving pups something to kill for a fraction of the price! They had a blast for a whole 3 1/2 minutes, and I had a sore neck from hand sewing for an hour.
